What is Leadership Training for Christ?

LTC is a non-profit organization designed to stimulate and encourage spiritual, mental, and social growth among young men and women in grades three through twelve. Its mission is to achieve this growth by developing skills in leadership, Bible knowledge, and Christian servanthood. Participants will learn to live the servant leadership lifestyle.

Skill development in each of these areas is accomplished through participation in a variety of individual and group events. These events will take place within the context of a wholesome and supportive environment designed for the purpose of fostering enthusiasm and high achievement among the participants from the churches of Christ.

LTC is made of of several conventions, each serving a different geographical area.  These conventions communicate with each other, but operate independently.  This particular web site is maintained by the Great Plains LTC and these pages give you information about that specific convention.  For more information about the other conventions, please consult their web sites, or their board.  See the LTC Sites page.
