God has planted very special young people throughout this world. They are gifted. They love their God. They yearn to give Him the glory. They need to be put to work in God's kingdom if we intend to keep them in it.

So, we encourage you, scan these pages and get a glimpse of a tool that can change the future of your congregation. You can move from a lack of leadership and workers to a wealth of the same much-needed people.

But it takes work. And it takes a program to guide the work.

Is LTC the perfect leadership program? No, it isn't perfect. But it is the very best plan that your brothers and sisters in Christ have been able to devise to help each congregation, in its own special way, raise up the generation that will take the world for Jesus.
