The 2007 reference manual is based on the following calendar of events.
| February 5, 2007 | Pre-registration deadline - Send packets postmarked on or before this date in order to receive free T-shirts for student participants. T-shirts for students can be obtained after this deadline at the full convention price. |
| February 20, 2007 | Scholarship and Pre-Convention Event Deadline - entries must be received or postmarked by this date. |
| March 12, 2007 | Final Registration Deadline - All entry forms must be postmarked by this date. No new students and no new teams may be added without penalty after this date. |
