There is an option this year to submit a spreadsheet for booking rooms. Note, this is through the hotel and not through LTC Central. Information and intructions for this option are below:
- The room block will open on Monday, December 4, 2023
- Please download and complete the rooming list template HERE and email it to Jessica.henning@atriumhospitality.com (there are instructions on the 2nd tab of the spreadsheet, should anyone need any assistance filling out the template)
- Once the rooming list template has been received by Jessica Henning, a credit card authorization form and quick contract will be sent to the church group leader through Sertifi, so it can be filled out securely. The quick contract will hold the church responsible for 90% of the guestrooms the church is reserving. The credit card will not be charged at this time. It will be authorized 5 business days prior to arrival and charged when the group checks out.
- Cancellations or revisions must be received 72 business hours prior to the date of arrival or result in a charge of one night’s room and tax
- The Hotel will not allow duplicate reservations under one name
- The last date the guest rooms will be available at the discounted group rate is Thursday, March 7, 2024.
