The Great Plains Convention

Leadership Training for Christ stimulates spiritual, mental, and social growth in young men and women in grades 3 through 12. This growth is a result of developing skills in leadership, Bible knowledge, and Christian servanthood. Participants learn to live the servant leadership lifestyle. Reference Manual - The 2008 Reference Manual has been left on the web site to give interested churches a description of the highly effective Leadership Training for Christ ministry.  The reference manual is the master resource book for the GPLTC convention.  Go to Resources and follow the appropriate link.  The reference manual is a useful tool for:

• Church leaders interested in starting Leadership Training for Christ at their own congregation
• Church coordinators who are leading an existing LTC program
• Coaches, teaching young people about specific events in their local LTC effort
• Students who want to know more about scholarships, events, the convention, and the Eagle award
