The Great Plains Convention

Leadership Training for Christ stimulates spiritual, mental, and social growth in young men and women in grades 3 through 12. This growth is a result of developing skills in leadership, Bible knowledge, and Christian servanthood. Participants learn to live the servant leadership lifestyle. In 2009, 489 congregations met at 10 conventions in 12 locations with 10,872 youth participating, and thousands of adult coaches and volunteers.

2010 Reference Manual - The 2010 Reference Manual is now available.  Go to Resources and follow the appropriate link to this year's manual.  The reference manual is a useful tool for:

• Church leaders interested in starting Leadership Training for Christ at their own congregation
• Church coordinators who are leading an existing LTC program
• Coaches, teaching young people about specific events in their local LTC effort
• Students who want to know more about scholarships, events, the convention, and the Eagle award

2010 Hotel Reservations have begun - On Thursday, December 3rd, at 7:00 p.m., the portal for hotel reservations for the 2010 Convention opened. Church coordinators, please make your plans! The portal is linked from the LTC 2010 page of this site (on the button bar to your left).
