The Great Plains Convention

Leadership Training for Christ stimulates spiritual, mental, and social growth in young men and women in grades 3 through 12. This growth is a result of developing skills in leadership, Bible knowledge, and Christian servanthood. Participants learn to live the servant leadership lifestyle. In 2009, 489 congregations met at 10 conventions in 12 locations with 10,872 youth participating, and thousands of adult coaches and volunteers.

2010 Reference Manual - The 2010 Reference Manual is now is process.  If you would like to be notified by  email when it is complete, then be sure that you have joined our email list (click on the button below to do so).  Go to Resources and follow the appropriate link to last year's manual.  The reference manual is a useful tool for:

• Church leaders interested in starting Leadership Training for Christ at their own congregation
